Askel.ai is the customer integration delivery platform built specifically for B2B SaaS onboarding teams. Most integration tools — embedded iPaaS like Hotglue, Prismatic, Ampersand; unified APIs like Merge, Apideck — target engineering teams who write code or end-customers who self-connect. Askel sits between those two worlds: it gives the customer onboarding manager (the person who actually owns the customer relationship and the go-live timeline) a way to discover each customer's schema, propose mappings, validate payloads, and ship the integration without an engineering ticket per account. After go-live, Askel detects drift in customer schemas and proposes safe patches — keeping integrations healthy as customer systems evolve. Founded in 2024 by Joosep Kõljalg (former Twilio engineering director and Checkout.com product leader), Kristofer Kurvits, and Tim Jaanson.
